Justine Rauterkus is the Assistant Executive Director. She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Justine exhibits strong customer service and leadership/management skills and takes pride in her servant mentality. In addition to her primary job functions, she works closely with the Leadership team and takes ownership in the development of others. Justine loves animals! She grew up fostering kittens which inspired her to rescue her current pets. Justine has two horses, four cats, and five rescue dogs. She has a passion for medieval history and enjoyed participating in educational jousting tournament displays while interacting with like-minded historians from around the globe. During her time off, Justine likes to read, ride horses, and spend time with her husband and family.
