Monique Miller is a Personalized Education Coach (PEC) and Course Instructor (CI) at the Christa McAuliffe Academy School of Arts and Sciences (CMASAS). She brings more than 20 years of experience in education, serving students from preschool through high school. Throughout her career, Monique has served as a teacher, literacy specialist, new teacher mentor, curriculum leader, and reading intervention specialist, and was honored as Teacher of the Year (Santa Monica-Malibu USD). 

Originally from the West Coast, Monique has lived in California, Oregon, and Washington before making McKinney, Texas, her home. She and her husband have two daughters, including one who attends CMASAS and will graduate this December. Outside of work, Monique enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her daughters at volleyball and horse-riding events, volunteering with her daughters through National Charity League, playing Mahjong, traveling, getting together with her book club, and loving on their four dogs. Monique is passionate about building meaningful relationships with students and families and helping every learner develop confidence, discover their strengths, and achieve success through personalized education.
