CMASAS is an officially approved TEFA private school provider for 2026–2027

Five Steps to Enroll With Your TEFA Funds

Whether you've already received your award or are just exploring, here's the clear path to get started at CMASAS.

1

Apply for Your Texas Education Freedom Account

Apply through the Texas Comptroller's TEFA program at educationfreedom.texas.gov. Applications may be submitted at any time during the open window without affecting funding eligibility. Families not yet accepted can join the 2027–28 interest list.

2

Schedule a Free Consultation With Our CMASAS Team

Our enrollment team will walk you through how CMASAS works, confirm your eligibility to use TEFA funds, and answer all your questions — no commitment required. Schedule directly using the Calendly link on this page.

3

Select CMASAS as Your School of Choice and Accept Your TEFA Tuition Amount

Once you have been accepted by TEFA to receive funding, you will need to select CMASAS as your School-of-Choice and accept your TEFA tuition award amount on the Odyssey website.

4

Enroll by Selecting Your Tuition Plan and Filling Out the Registration Form

Enrollment is complete once you select your tuition plan, official start date, and fill out the CMASAS Registration form. This triggers an invoice to be paid by TEFA.

5

Begin Your Personalized Learning Journey

Once enrolled, your child is matched with a dedicated Personalized Education Coach (PEC). Your TEFA award is applied directly to tuition, and learning begins on your family's schedule — with no required login times or rigid daily structure.

How Much Funding Can Your Family Receive?

The TEFA program, funded by $1 billion from the Texas Legislature (Senate Bill 2), provides eligible families with direct education funding to use at approved private schools like CMASAS.

$10,474

Standard TEFA Award

Available to eligible Texas students enrolling in an approved private school outside the public school system for the 2026–27 school year.

Up to $30,000

Students with Qualifying Disabilities

Students with qualifying disabilities may be eligible for significantly increased funding to support their individual educational needs at CMASAS.

Application Status Update: Applications for the 2026–27 school year are now closed. Funding will be awarded in April based on priority. Families not selected may join the 2027–28 interest list at educationfreedom.texas.gov. Families with an active award may use TEFA funds for full-time enrollment at CMASAS.
