Our mastery-based courses meet the rigorous standards of the NCAA Eligibility Center, ensuring student-athletes remain eligible for DI and DII collegiate sports. Our NCAA-approved curriculum is designed for extreme flexibility, allowing athletes to balance elite training with high-quality academics.

Personalication™ is our trademarked philosophy that transforms education from a "one-size-fits-all" model into a custom journey. Unlike traditional online schools with rigid schedules, we use Personalized Education Plans (PEPs) to adapt courses to a student's specific learning style and passions. By combining 1-1 support from Personalized Education Coaches (PECs) with a 100% asynchronous, mastery-based model, students can accelerate through strengths or take extra time to master difficult concepts.

CMASAS requires all students to obtain at least 80% mastery. Learning is mastery-based, meaning students do not move forward with "gaps" in their knowledge. Personalication™allows students to take extra time to master difficult concepts and move more quickly through material they already know, eliminating arbitrary limitations on student progress.

CMASAS offers the flexibility of homeschooling with the professional backing of an accredited private school. We adapt curriculum to each individual student's unique learning style. As an accredited institution, we provide the core curriculum, credentialed instructors, and official transcripts needed to satisfy state guidelines and college admissions requirements. We also offer NCAA-approved courses and ASU dual enrollment to prepare students for success beyond high school.

No, CMASAS is 100% asynchronous. Online classes are not live lectures, but interactive, dynamic lessons that access a variety of modalities to engage the learner. Our educators embrace the individual learning styles of each student through a flexible Personalized Education Plan (PEP). Our PECs and Course Instructors work together to nurture the whole person in a safe, student-centered environment.

Once you pay the registration fee and first tuition payment (in full or monthly payment), you should receive an email with a custom registration form to fill out. You are not completely enrolled until we receive both payments and a completed registration form.

Once you have enrolled, there will be a quiet period until the week prior to your start date. Within this week, you will begin receiving welcome emails from staff, login information, helpful resources, and your PEC assignment.

We provide all the curriculum and lab kit materials required for the courses. A computer is necessary to complete the courses, which we do not provide. We highly encourage having a designated work area as well to promote focus, productivity, and motivation.

Yes, we highly encourage students to transfer when necessary, whether that be at the start of a new semester or even mid-semester. We are happy to accept transfer credits and continue your child's learning where they left off, while filling in any missing gaps.

You will have the option to select your preferred start date when filling out the registration form. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will email you with the closest available start date to your request.

Through Personalication™, we remove the "academic ceiling." Gifted and Advanced students can test out of material they already know and dive deeper into passions, often completing multiple grade levels in a single year. Advanced learners also have access to over 25 AP courses and 60+ dual-enrollment courses through Arizona State University.

Absolutely. We are the preferred choice for professional Performers and Athletes with rigorous training or filming schedules. Because there are no "live class" requirements, you can school at any time that fits your craft. Our asynchronous model ensures that your education follows your schedule, not the other way around.

Yes. Our "Global Portability" means your school stays with you through every PCS (Permanent Change of Station). With 365-day rolling enrollment, military kids can start or pause their education whenever their life requires it. We also offer support through our Military Family Program, including tuition discounts.

PECs are the main point of contact for families. They are qualified teachers who provide guidance on academic progress and establish a Personalized Education Plan (PEP) in collaboration with the parent and student. They also lead optional weekly online homerooms for peer interaction.

Course Instructors (CIs) are subject-matter experts who provide support as students work through courses. They provide thorough feedback through grading and coordinate with PECs to support students’ specific learning styles and interests.

Graduation involves a significant amount of individualized academic review and administrative processing beyond the regular instructional program. The Graduation Fee supports the specialized services required to verify graduation eligibility, prepare official academic records, issue diplomas, maintain permanent credentials through Parchment, and assist students with post-secondary documentation needs.

CMASAS believes graduation-related expenses should be paid only by the students who receive these services. Rather than increasing tuition for all students and families, the school assesses a one-time Graduation Fee exclusively for graduating seniors. This approach allows tuition to remain focused on educational services while ensuring that graduation and credentialing costs are covered by those utilizing them.
